Considerations During Our Treatment Program

For treatments to the face, all make-up must be removed
For the treatment to work, the light must have access to the skin. If you choose to wear undergarments it is recommended to wear cotton only
You must drink 2 glasses of spring water around one hour prior to treatment and stay hydrated throughout the day. You must drink a total of at least 1/2 of your boy weight in ounces of water, daily. For example, a 140 pound person must drink at least 70 ounces of water, daily. This does not include diet soda, tea, coffee, milk, juice, etc. The fat cannot be excreted from the body without sufficient water.
For fat loss it is recommended to use the whole body vibrational device immediately following each treatment to maximize the movement of the released fat towards the liver for use or elimination.
So your body can concentrate on the fat that was just release, it is necessary to avoid food for an hour before and after each treatment .
Alcohol must be avoided during the entire program to promote maximum results.

The metal in your bra might become warm, so you can use a disposable bra or use a towel to cover your breasts
